- WATERMELON WITHOUT SEEDS(CUBED) - 2 CUPS
- RED GRAPES WITHOUT SEEDS-1 CUP
- BANANA-1 NO
- BOILED MILK-1 CUP
- SOAKED ALMOND-1 TEASPOON
- SOAKED PUMPKIN SEEDS-1 TEASPOON
- Blend soaked almond and boiled milk until smooth
- Then add watermelon, grapes and, banana
- Blend well
- Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on the smoothie
