RED GRAPES AND WATERMELON PINK SMOOTHIE FOR GOOD HEALTH


INGREDIENTS
  1. WATERMELON WITHOUT SEEDS(CUBED) - 2 CUPS
  2. RED GRAPES WITHOUT SEEDS-1 CUP
  3. BANANA-1 NO
  4. BOILED MILK-1 CUP
  5. SOAKED ALMOND-1 TEASPOON
  6. SOAKED PUMPKIN SEEDS-1 TEASPOON
MAKING PROCESS
  1. Blend soaked almond and boiled milk until smooth
  2. Then add watermelon, grapes and, banana 
  3. Blend well
  4. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on the smoothie
Note: Don't take more than thrice a week.
