RED GRAPES AND WATERMELON PINK SMOOTHIE FOR GOOD HEALTH INGREDIENTS WATERMELON WITHOUT SEEDS(CUBED) - 2 CUPS RED GRAPES WITHOUT SEEDS-1 CUP BANANA-1 NO BOILED MILK-1 CUP SOAKED ALMOND-1 TEASPOON SOAKED PUMPKIN SEEDS-1 TEASPOON MAKING PROCESS Blend soaked almond and boiled milk until smooth Then add watermelon, grapes and, banana  Blend well Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on the smoothie Note: Don't take more than thrice a week. APPLE AND CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE FOR FITNESS INGREDIENTS GREEN OR RED APPLE -1 NOS CUCUMBER-1 NOS MINCED GINGER -1 TSP LEMON JUICE-1 TSP HONEY-1 TSP BROWN SUGAR-1 TSP WATER-1 CUP MINT LEAVES-5 NOS MAKING PROCESS Blend apple, cucumber, minced ginger, mint leaves, and brown sugar.
