APPLE AND CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE FOR FITNESS


INGREDIENTS
  • GREEN OR RED APPLE -1 NOS
  • CUCUMBER-1 NOS
  • MINCED GINGER -1 TSP
  • LEMON JUICE-1 TSP
  • HONEY-1 TSP
  • BROWN SUGAR-1 TSP
  • WATER-1 CUP
  • MINT LEAVES-5 NOS
MAKING PROCESS
  1. Blend apple, cucumber, minced ginger, mint leaves, and brown sugar.
  2. Add water and honey as required.
  3. The green smoothie is ready.
Note: Don't take more than twice a week.
