- STAND WITH YOUR FEET ABOUT SHOULDER WIDTH APART.
- DO THE DEEP SQUAT.
- BUTTS SHOULD BE 30 CM ABOVE THE FLOOR.
- KEEPING YOUR CHEST UP AND YOUR WEIGHT IN YOUR HEELS, WALK FORWARD SIX STEPS.
- THEN BALANCE OUT YOUR FEET AND JUMP UP.
