  1. DUCK WALK WITH SQUAT JUMP-5 REPS

HOW TO DO IT?
  1. STAND WITH YOUR FEET ABOUT SHOULDER WIDTH APART.
  2. DO THE DEEP SQUAT.
  3. BUTTS SHOULD BE 30 CM ABOVE THE FLOOR.
  4. KEEPING YOUR CHEST UP AND YOUR WEIGHT IN YOUR HEELS, WALK FORWARD SIX STEPS.
  5. THEN BALANCE OUT YOUR FEET AND JUMP UP.
  6. LOWER BACK DOWN FOR MORE DUCK WALKS, THEN TAKE 6 STEPS BACKWARD, AND JUMP AGAIN.
  7. THAT'S ONE REP.
